What Does A Truck Chip Actually Do

Dear District Governor:

We thank in advance all Rotarians in Latin America's efforts to identify suitable candidates for the Rotary Peace Scholarships. Since the program's inception, most Latin American districts have sent at least one application with its recommendation. This year, we would increase the number of applications from their region of the world, so we appreciate your help in promoting the program in all the clubs in his district, particularly for University del Salvador in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Attached to this email some prominent alumni, sponsored by American districts, and those attending University of Salvador through Rotary for Peace program. These fellows are not only ambassadors of our program, but leaders dedicated to promoting national and international cooperation, peace and conflict resolution in the course of his life in the professional world and through its service. Therefore, we are confident that the districts of Latin America will continue to nominate candidates for the program interesting University Savior's face in the future.

We would also like to remind you that the Trustees of The Rotary Foundation eliminated the limit of one candidate per district for these scholarships. Now the district may recommend as many applicants as they see fit. We hope this decision of the trustees serve to increase the number of applications worldwide, including Latin America.

In order to help your district to identify qualified candidates, we attach to this a few suggestions that show how easy it can be to find good candidates.

If you would like more help in finding qualified candidates, or for more information about the application process for the scholarships, contact the manager of the Rotary Centers Department, Judy Gibson ( judy.gibson @ rotary.org ) or visit the RI website www.rotary.org / rotarycenters .

We look forward to receiving the applications recommended by the district no later than July 1, 2010.

Sincerely,

Judith S. Gibson
