MERIDA, Yucatan .- Because in Yucatán only four of 10 companies train their employees, the head of the Ministry of Labour and Federal Social (STPS), Alberto López Pérez, was a warrant for comply with the obligations of training available to federal law.
The delegate said that to date only 40 ciento de las empresas en el Estado cumplen con este requisito, de las cuales más del 80 por ciento son compañías federales, que en la entidad ascienden a 30.
Es importante mencionar que a partir del 16 de diciembre pasado se publicaron en el Diario Oficial de la Federación las reformas en el trámite de constancias laborales, con las cuales los empleadores pueden certificar el adiestramiento de sus empleados.
Este trámite puede ser realizado a través de la página web de la dependencia federal www.stps.gob.mx
El objetivo de este registro es enriquecer el padrón de trabajadores capacitados, con el cual se mide, entre otros aspectos, la competitividad de las empresas.
